This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Fav Bingo (package com.favbingo.app, the "App") handles information.

Device Permissions and How They Are Used

• Camera — used only when you turn on the optional "Vision Tracker", an accessibility aid that recognises printed bingo numbers. Image processing happens on your device only. Camera images are never saved, uploaded, or shared.
• Microphone — used only when you turn on the optional "Voice Tracker" for hands-free number marking. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Photos — used only when you choose to set a custom background image from your phone gallery. Selected photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
• Internet / Network — used for AI Theme Genie image generation and subscription verification only. No personal data is transmitted.

AI Theme Genie

When you use the AI Theme Genie feature, the theme text you type is sent to our secure Cloudflare server to generate a background image and colour scheme. No personal information is included. Generated images are stored only on your device.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store or process any payment information.

Accessibility & Assistance

The Camera (Vision Tracker) and Microphone (Voice Tracker) features are optional assistive tools designed for players with disabilities. These features are always optional, turned on only by the user, and operate entirely on the device.

Data Stored on Your Device

Bingo sets, card layouts, settings, and generated background images are stored only on your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the App.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No personal accounts or profiles
• No location data
• No contacts
• No advertising or tracking
• No analytics
• No video

Children

Fav Bingo is a general-audience bingo game. It contains no real-money gambling, betting, or prizes. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Third Parties

• Google Play — handles subscriptions and billing
• Cloudflare — processes AI theme generation requests (theme text only, no personal data)
